Lead time: Finalize at least 4 working days before the event. Order incrementof 5 guests.
Buffet line setup with tables, table cloth and warmers together with a complete set of bio-degradable disposable wares and serviettes will be provided. All of our properties will be collected within Three (3) hours after the stipulated time of delivery, unless otherwise stated.
Food Best consumed within 2.5 hours after the stipulated time of delivery. Caterer shall not bear any responsibility for food consumed beyond the stipulated time. Please note that extra charges may be applicable for any damage or loss of our property, which includes but not limited to tablecloth, warmers and decorative props.
Prevailing 9% GST rates apply.
The Management reserves the right to replace the menu items should it be unavailable at the time of event or amend the terms & conditions at our sole discretion without prior notice.

For payments made via Cheque, it must be crossed and addressed to “RICO CATERING PTE. LTD.” Payment via Internet Banking / Funds Transfer / Paynow to “UEN:202341295G”
- Buffet: $80.00 ($87.20 with GST)
- Surcharge for events before 8.30am: $60.00 ($65.40 with GST)
- Surcharge: $10.00 ($10.90 with GST) (For CBD, Tuas, Sentosa)
- Kindly note that we are unable to deliver to Jurong Island
- Should there be no lift access upon arrival at delivery venue, a fee calculated in accordance with the number of levels will be imposed.
Charges may vary from $50.00 to $200.00
In the event of any cancellation or change of date for the order, a cancellation charge applies:
- 50% of the total spending with less than 4 working days of notification
- 100% of the total spending with less than 3 working days of notification
Customers are deemed to have read and fully understood the Terms and Conditions when their order has been confirmed.
