Lead time: Finalize at least 4 working days before the event.
Order increment of 5 guests.
Drop Off – No Set Up. All food will be packed in disposable trays & set of bio-degradable disposable wares and serviettes will be provided.
Food Best consumed within 2 hours after the stipulated time of delivery. Caterer shall not bear any responsibility for food consumed beyond the stipulated time.
Prevailing 9% GST rates apply.
The Management reserves the right to replace the menu items should it be unavailable at the time of event or amend the terms & conditions at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Pre-payment 4 working days prior to the event is required.
For payments made via Cheque, it must be crossed and addressed to “RICO CATERING PTE. LTD.” Payment via Internet Banking / Funds
Transfer / Paynow to “UEN:202341295G”
- Delivery fee is $40 ($43.60 w/GST).
- Surcharge for events before 8.30am: $60.00 ($65.40 with GST)
- Surcharge to CBD, Jurong, Yishun & Woodland Areas, Sentosa Island of $10 applies ($10.90 w/GST).
- Kindly note that we are unable to deliver to Jurong Island.
In the event of any cancellation or change of date for the order, a cancellation charge applies:
- 50% of the total spending with less than 4 working days of notification
- 100% of the total spending with less than 3 working days of notification
