Orders must be placed by 10 June 2025. The last available delivery date is 15 June 2025. - How is the food delivered and what is included?
All items will be delivered in disposable bento and/or microwaveable containers, along with a complete set of biodegradable disposable wares and serviettes. Please note that no tables or setup will be provided. - How long should I consume the food after delivery?
Food is best consumed within 2 hours from the stipulated delivery time. The caterer will not be responsible for food consumed after the specified time. - What is the payment policy and when is payment due?
Full payment must be made upon confirmation of your booking. If payment is not received on time, the service may be terminated. Payment can be made via Cheque (addressed to “RICO CATERING PTE. LTD.”), Internet Banking, Funds Transfer, PayNow, or Credit Card. - What are the delivery charges and additional surcharges?
